Back in the Swing of Things

Okay so my Thankfulness moment has passed. Sorry you know I really am thankful for everything in my life but the moment has passed. On the other things. Like my husband. He is a perfectionist. Which is great. He loves to try new things. Which is great too. But sometimes when he masters how to do something he has to find new things to try to perfect. So his new things is hunting fur bearers. He had to take a test and apply for a special license through the state to be certified for this. He also brought home a disgusting video showing a squirrel getting mounted. I asked him if he was going to start doing that too and he said he didn't know yet. Yippee, eyes rolling. So here are his two latest victims.

My daughter is absolutely terrified of them. She has not had a problem with anything else he has brought home but she hates the ky-yutes, as she calls them. He almost shot a bobcat over the weekend. Lord help me.

Awww. It looks too much like a doggie. Like a bobcat I wouldn't care. sniff sniff. but good for him doing something he loves.

Impressive, he got good shots. But like Steph said, they look too much like doggie's :( Poor things. For some reason, the older I get the more sorry I feel for animals. :-|
