Exercise

So about three weeks ago I joined a gym. Its been going pretty good. I usually go 3-4 times a week. I hate to exercise. I mean really hate to exercise. But I know that I need to lose some weight and get in better shape. Tonight is a cardio kickboxing class. I love to take the classes. The only bad thing is that I get home really late and feel like I haven't done a thing all night. So far I haven't seen any results on the scale and it kind of bums me out but I am going to give it a few more weeks. Oh well off to exercise I go.

I so hate it with you! I think you will notice your pants fitting better before you notice weight loss :)

Woohooo good for you!! You WILL start to see the difference. Excersing is so much different then dieting when it comes to the scale. You lose the inches and gain muscle so don't worry what the scale says and keep going as hard as it is! :D
But i hear you...i hate to exercise to and need to get back at it. I'd rather just walk but that isn't toning my "fat" areas. :P Dang it! LOL
