Carmel Apple Cheesecake

I volunteered to make a couple things for our Thanksgiving dinner at work last week. I decided I would take pictures as I was cooking. Even though D kept looking at me weird. I told him not to ask I was posting it on the internet. That made him feel so much better. He is used to me being all crazy weird like that. Anyways here is the receipe complete with step by step pictures.

2 8oz bricks of cream cheese softened
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp of vanilla

Mix it up and add in 2 eggs

Make sure you don't burn the stuff for your dinner (Burritos)

Photobucket

Stir in 1/3 cup of frozen apple juice concentrate thawed, that seems to defeat the purpose but whateve

Photobucket

Pour into a honey graham crust, the only part that a didn't make from scratch, BTW and since it was for work I didn't buy the brand name. HA

Photobucket

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Comtemplate your next dish.

Photobucket

Decide it can wait until the morning. Pull your cheesecake out of the oven and it looks like this

Let it cool, I let it cool overnight because by this time I had been cooking for two hours straight and missed dinner with my family. Then drizzle it with caramel topping and sprinkle with nuts. The receipe called for peanuts but gag so i used crushed walnuts.

Everyone at work loved it. I am tha bomb, what can I say!
