Our fun Weekend

Over the weekend my best friend and I took our little girls to a store at the mall where they get all dressed up and get their nails done and their makeup and hair done. Then they get to dance to a song in the middle of the mall. The girls had a blast. Here are some pictures







After we finished up there we did a little shopping for the mommas and then went to lunch at a resturant that has a rainforest theme. The girls were starving. Okay maybe it was just my girl, she is always starving. After lunch we did some more damage to the bank accounts. Then the girls wanted to ride the merry go round.



It was a fun day. I got a couple new outfits to wear on my next vacation to Texas. E got a couple new outfits and some new flip flops. Then we came home. She was tuckered out.

This is what I feel like doing right now.



Well not really I guess, but it has been a pretty stressful couple weeks at work. I went out with some friends last night and had a blast but then its back to reality. Hopefully by the end of the month things will be going much smoother for me.

My wedding anniversary is coming up this weekend. I can't think of a single thing to buy for D that doesn't cost a ton of money. I thought about going away for the weekend, just the two of us but his mom was busy and the weather is supposed to be crappy.

I am trying really hard not to fall into a funk again but I wish spring would just hurry up and get here. I don't need like 90 degree weather but it is supposed to snow again. WTF its April. NO MORE SNOW. I hate the cold weather.

So I guess I will just keep bundled up this weekend and maybe I will clean my house. LOL yeah right.

Flashback Friday (Good Friends are Forever)

Upon being at the bar last night and having a camera handy, lots of pictures were taken. After a group shot of four of us girls. we remembered a time 10 years ago when we were down at the Lake of the Ozarks and happened to get our picture taken together then too.

I think we look just as hot in our 30's as we did in our 20's. What do they say everything gets better with age. At least more experienced. LOL.
